I’m joining forces with Ayurvedic practitioner Madeleine of Modern Ayurvedic to bring you a retreat that blends the vedic sisters of Yoga and Ayurveda.

We’ll spend the day at the stunning Seascape Retreat on the lush Fleurieu Peninsula, practicing yoga and learning about Ayurveda.

The day includes:

- 2x yoga classes

- 2x Ayurvedic workshops
